Project Onboarding: A considerable amount of time is spent initiating a thorough analysis of the client's goals, objectives, and specific needs to ensure all parties are completely on the same page before project kickoff.

Milestone Payments: Partial payments made for each distinct stage of the project are non-refundable, as a corresponding amount of dedicated time, engineering resources, and development effort goes into completing each stage.

Mutual Termination:In the event that a project is terminated by mutual consent, such termination shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth within the contract period.

Development Lock-in: Please note that absolutely no refunds can be processed after the client has officially reviewed and approved the mock-up designs and the engineering team has transitioned into the development phase.

Third-Party Dependencies: JSG shall not be held responsible or liable for the cancellation, downtime, or policy shifts of external third-party service providers linked, integrated, or utilized across our website solutions.

Provider Policies: It is highly advisable for clients to read the respective Refund and Cancellation Policies of integrated third-party systems prior to authorizing integration setups.

Overseas Clients: For international or overseas clients, please note that project milestones, commercial agreements, and terms and conditions will differ accordingly based on localized legal frameworks.

Document Revisions: Terms and conditions will be updated periodically from time to time to maintain compliance and provide the necessary up-to-date data for our clients.

Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute, claim, or mediation arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India only.
